Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Product Heaven mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Product Heaven.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription & Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Pro memberships grant access to unlimited scans, contaminant databases, and alternatives. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and can be cancelled at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

3. Content & Scoring Disclaimer

Product Heaven scores (0-100) and evaluations (Excellent/Good/Fair/Poor) are calculations generated based on public databases, food chemistry literature, and laboratory tests. They are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, allergy advice, or diagnosis.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Product Heaven, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on any ingredient safety scores.
